Dispone di una cucina completa con tavolo e 4 sedie, un piano cottura a gas, un frigo abbastanza grande, accesso al balcone. C'è un stanza da bagno con doccia, gabinetto e lavello, piani di appoggio per asciugamani e accappatoi. Ci sono 2 camere da latto con ognuna 2 letti, 2 armadi chiudibili a chiave, accesso ai balconi, punto di ricarica sul comodino. All'ingresso è esposto il regolamento per una tranquilla convivenza che va rispettato! In caso contrario, al secondo avviso si rischia l'espulsione, rispetto prima di tutto. A circa 500 metri si trova una lavanderia automatica a pagamento, a pochi metri invece si trovano supermercati e altri negozi. Il parcheggio sulla strada pubblica è libero ma non sempre disponibile, soprattutto in alta stagione. I Ristoranti e altri locali si trovano quasi tutti nel centro storico a circa 1000 metri di distanza o 6 minuti a piedi....
